Project description

Entrepreneurship is a demanding journey that often comes with high levels of stress, uncertainty and emotional pressure. Many entrepreneurs face mental health challenges that can affect their personal well-being as well as the success of their ventures. The ENTRE2RISE project responds to these challenges by integrating mental health support and stress management into vocational education and training (VET).

The project aims to develop AI-based tools and educational resources that will help entrepreneurs, VET trainers and business support organisations strengthen emotional resilience, improve stress management skills and create supportive entrepreneurial environments. ENTRE2RISE connects VET, mental health and business sectors to ensure lasting results and real impact.

ENTRE2RISE project results

  • R1: From Stress to Success: Mapping the Mental Health Journey of Entrepreneurs - research activities identifying common mental health challenges faced by entrepreneurs, including stress triggers, coping strategies and gaps in existing support systems.
  • R2: Support Resources and Learning Platform - a digital AI EmpowerLearn platform providing stress management and well-being tools, training materials for VET educators and resources to build resilience and improve decision-making skills among entrepreneurs.
